The Experience
Seven wavelengths.
One recovery experience
Every session is red light therapy, enhanced with near-infrared light and PEMF. The SolidO2 Redline Pro Max 1500 uses seven wavelengths across visible red and near-infrared light.
Included in every red light therapy session
Visible red light used in photobiomodulation, studied for its potential to support skin health and appearance.
Near-infrared light penetrates further into tissue and has been studied for applications involving muscle recovery and joint comfort.
Pulsed electromagnetic fields delivered through a mat while you relax. PEMF is being studied for a range of wellness and recovery applications, although evidence varies by application.

Learn
Light is measured in nanometres. Our panel combines seven carefully selected wavelengths across the red and near-infrared spectrum.
Skin
Research on red light focuses on skin: tone, texture and how skin recovers. Most studies use regular sessions over several weeks.
Muscle & joints
Longer wavelengths penetrate further. Research looks at post-training soreness, recovery time and joint comfort.
Consistency
Research into red light, near-infrared light and PEMF continues to evolve. While the evidence differs across technologies and applications, regular use is commonly incorporated into recovery routines.
Crimson Culture is a wellness service, not a medical treatment. Light therapy and PEMF don't diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an implanted device, speak to your doctor before booking.

FAQ
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Red and near-infrared light should reach the skin directly, so we recommend exposing the areas you'd like to focus on. Underwear or gym shorts work well. For facial sessions, arrive with clean skin, ideally free from makeup and sunscreen. Protective eyewear is provided.
Each session lasts 20 minutes, with a 30-minute booking slot to allow time to get ready and leave comfortably. It's an easy addition to your routine, whether before work, after training or during your day.
Red and near-infrared light therapy are generally well tolerated when used according to appropriate safety guidelines. However, they aren't suitable for everyone, and PEMF introduces additional considerations. We provide protective eyewear and require health screening before your first session. If you have a medical condition, take certain medications or are unsure whether the experience is appropriate for you, consult your healthcare professional before booking.
Certain health conditions, medications and implanted medical devices may make red light therapy or PEMF unsuitable. If you're pregnant, have an implanted electronic device, take medication that increases sensitivity to light, or have a medical condition that may affect your suitability, please consult your healthcare professional before booking. All first-time customers complete a health screening before their session.
Most people build a routine of 2–3 sessions per week, which is what our memberships are designed to support. Consistency matters, and your ideal frequency may depend on your goals and individual circumstances.
Absolutely. Start with a Discovery Session for R300, including a personal introduction and your first 20-minute red light therapy session with near-infrared light and PEMF. If you decide to join within 48 hours, we'll credit your R300 Discovery Session fee towards your first month's membership.
Your membership allows up to one session per day, subject to availability. You can have up to three future bookings at any time. We recommend building a routine that works for you, with most members aiming for two to three sessions per week.
Memberships are billed monthly. You can request cancellation before your next billing date, in accordance with the membership terms.
Of course. If you need a break, you can cancel your membership in accordance with our cancellation policy. Let us know when you'd like to return, and we'll get in touch around that time to help you rejoin, subject to availability.
Crimson Culture is designed as a private, individual recovery experience. Each booking is for one person only. If someone would like to experience Crimson Culture with you, they're welcome to book their own session.
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full 20-minute session. You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your appointment and book another available time.
